I am currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical Engineering at KAIST, South Korea. In March 2012, I joined the Computer Vision Group at Technical University of Munich as a visiting Ph.D. student via the Erasmus Mundus BEAM Programme, where I am studying variational methods and regularization theory for non-rigid shape registration. My research interests are in the field of Applied Mathematics and Statistical Signal Processing, in particualr statistical analysis of shapes and its applications to medical image analysis.
